Evolving through the day from a 180 seat, relaxed breakfast venue, Gatos becomes an ideal place for an informal luncheon, later becoming the smartest and most fashionable dinner restaurant on Hastings Street.

Throughout the day, the Cocktail Bar is a focus and guests can enjoy an extensive range of espresso coffees, teas and gateaux along with a range of quality, lighter offerings.
