Raintrees Resort is unique in every way. Surrounded by lush natural rainforest, beautiful landscaped gardens and situated on one and a half acres of prime beachfront land at Moffat Beach. It is unmistakably the perfect hideaway escape.
Moffat Beach, Caloundra is virtually untouched, a clean family holiday secret with the unique advantage of adjoining beachfront, lake and park with amenities, also great shopping village with boutique style restaurants, coffee shops, and even an exclusive art gallery. Moffat Beach also has magnificent rock scapes to explore. All this and more just a few metres from your apartment. Raintrees provides you with many of life's little pleasures.
The complex has been cleverly designed to cater for your every need and the tariff even includes Pay TV for your entertainment pleasure! Two landscaped natural rock pools, one heated pool, with spa as well as a 8m water slide for your enjoyment. Nestled in amongst the tropical gardens are three secluded barbecue areas equipped with outdoor furniture just right for relaxed outdoor eating at its best. Travelling from Brisbane 'Raintrees' may be found by coming in on the Caloundra Road, turning left at the large round about onto the Nicklin Way, then turning right at the lights at Beerburrum Street which is the second after Tooway Creek. 'Raintrees' hard to find - harder to leave!
Security Underground Parking is provided for the safety of your vehicle with one car space allocated per unit. Of course, there is additional off street parking for a second vehicle or visiting guests. Raintrees is a true hideaway that our guests say is a little hard to find but very hard to leave. We hope you experience the magic of this truly unique beachfront hideaway.
Booking Terms and Conditions: TARIFFS are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase accommodation bookings made and confirmed (by payment of a deposit) will be honoured at the prevailing tariff at the time of booking. BOOKINGS can be secured by payment of a deposit of $220.00. PAYMENT of the balance of the tariff is payable 30 days prior to arrival.. REFUNDS that are cancelled in writing more than one month prior to occupancy will attract a booking and administration fee of $20.00. For cancelled bookings in writing less than one month occupancy and where the unit is not relet for the same period - no refund is made. If the unit is relet a $25.00 cancellation fee is applicable. LINEN is included in the tariffs quoted and will be changed weekly. Linen is only provided for the number of persons booked. There is an additional charge for extra people residing in units($20.00 per person). HIRE EQUIPMENT such as cots, high chairs, folding beds, video recorders etc can be hired at a nominal fee. Cable Television is a free service.
